These terms cover use of this website and the handling of project requests. Signed project proposals govern the specific terms of any accepted project.
Website use
Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute a quote, a contract, or a guarantee that a project can be accepted, scheduled, or completed at a particular price or time.
Project requests
Submitting a project request does not create a contract and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or acceptance of the project. Projects are accepted based on scope, location, trade availability, scheduling, and applicable legal or licensing requirements.
Proposals and scope
Written proposals describe the work included, the project investment, payment terms, and scheduling expectations. Work outside the written scope requires a documented change before it proceeds. Conditions discovered after work begins may affect scope, price, or schedule.
Deposits and payment
Deposits, milestone payments, and final payment terms vary by project size, materials, and scope, and are stated in the written proposal before work is scheduled. Payment methods and invoice terms are provided with the proposal.
Trade coordination
Specific work is assigned and coordinated based on project requirements, location, trade availability, and applicable legal or licensing requirements. Regulated scopes are performed by appropriately qualified trades.
Scheduling and delays
Schedules are estimates. Weather, material lead times, inspections, property access, and discovered conditions can affect timelines. We communicate schedule changes as they arise.
Financing disclosure
Financing is subject to approval by an independent financing provider. Colorado Project Builders is not a lender. Rates, terms, eligibility, and funding timelines are determined by the financing provider.
Photos and project documentation
We may document project progress with photographs for project records. Project photos are not published publicly without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Project-specific obligations are governed by the signed proposal or contract for that project, which controls over this page.
